What's the work from home policy like at Tyler Technologies?

Highly frowned upon in most branches of Tyler.
I was hired in with the impression I’d be able to work from home whenever to need arose without a hassle - that is not the case. Tyler “highly frowns upon” working from home. I was “told on” for working from home my 3rd week and haven’t done it since then.
Tyler Technologies is very flexible and open to working from home as needed. Many employees begin working at the office and move, but choose to continue working for Tyler Technologies in a work from home capacity. It's a wonderful policy for talent retention.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Tyler Technologies?
Add more team events, increase flexibility for employees and make sure it’s enforced across all sectors of the company.
How does Tyler Technologies handle HR issues?
HR communications are not handled appropriately. Many times managers and directors will have feedback for individuals but not supply it directly to them - this creates problems with trust and transparency.

Morale is low on most teams. the projects at Tyler are overly exciting to begin with, coupled with a lack luster enterprise company culture.
