Being able to help coworkers do their jobs more efficiently and helping uncover previously unknown information that helps to pinpoint what users are enjoying or where there is work to be done is pretty rewarding.

Underdog is extremely inclusive, no matter if we are on a company sync, stakeholder meeting, or affinity group meeting. The appreciation of everyone's thoughts and experiences, even if it is outside of their designated wheel house at the company, is valued and taken into consideration.

Every team member is approachable and has differing perspectives on how to approach and solve work problems that help the team grow as a whole. While the team is diverse, there are common shared interests and experiences I find that I share with each team member.

They seem to be very transparent about the company and don't shy away from questions that employees ask. If there is a question asked that they don't have an answer to, they don't dodge the question, they give what information they can, and then follow up once more information is availalbe.

I feel I am compensated fairly. When paired with the remote first company policies, if I feel I need my pay to stretch farther I like that I am not required to live in a potentially high cost of living area because the job is there. Rather I can live in the area that best fits my personal needs.
