Being given a task that originally seems daunting or impossible, and then collaborating with my team to accomplish it.
My starting Salary was more than fair, and they gave me a great stock package to go along with it. I was more than happy.
They don't have Ego's. They treat new employees just as valuable as the core employees. They have open lines of communication and are respectful and patient. I could go on!
How most people are actually friends, not just 'work friends'. Also how diverse everyone is in their careers / interests / life. I could go on my slack channel and ask a question about anything and someone will likely have an answer.
