We are ambitious but humble and growing very quickly but responsibly. This company wants to make sports accessible to everyone (even if you are note really into sports) there is a place for everyone and an appreciation for diverse perspectives. It's truly fantastic!

While I really enjoy my job, I struggle with the lack of communication on my own team and between the next team we work alongside every day. We need better communication and absolutely need more people on my team in addition to laying out processes that everyone can follow.
