Unifirst Corporation Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard workers and supportive we are not a team we are a family

Way too long, cuts into my selling time

everybody gets along like family

Everyone seems happy to work here

Very interactive and helpful. Not afraid to speak up and always helping each other for the benefit of the company and customers.

They are friendly and somewhat supportive.

Everyone puts in a solid effort

Passion to succeed and ownership and responsibility

They have great culture where i work

Best coworkers that I could ask for. Drivers, Supervisors and our Route Service Manager only make up 12 employees (plus 2 new jumpers) and we complete 7 full routes each and every day. Even when we were down by 5 people 2 weeks ago (injuries, vacation, sickness), we all pulled together and finished.

Knowledge, helpful, family, easy going, strategic

Review from Sales Dept

Most of the team members are hard working and they care about each other and their work

Very supportive of each other. We celebrate all team members wins.

Review from Sales Dept

Team is collaborative and supportive

Review from Sales Dept

Hard working, honest, and skilled professionals

Hard working people that want to get their jobs done

Always ready to come and work

all together as a team

They come into work with high energy and a positive outlook.

Great listeners and very supportive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Helping because there is lack of help

Learn English so we can communicate.

Coworkers need to do their job and not take shortcuts. There needs to be consequences for their actions

Basickaly not bully the white and black woman out of there

Review from Operations Dept

Coworkers were fine. Its just management that fills the room with white men im their 40s and one woman to meet their quota.

Work from home would be better

smaller groups would be more effective

there is no sense of working together and there is a huge divide between the blue collar and white collar workers who are housed together.
