I have a sense there's a gender gap in wages, based on conversations with peers
They seem to very in sync with each other, which helps us feel closer to different areas within the company
Knowing that if I need to work, at least I'm working with a service/product I believe in and has true potential to improve people's lives
People are really invested in the company's mission of promoting wellbeing. I also appreciate how well everyone adapted to a remote/hybrid model and work can be done equally and is perceived and valued the same way regardless of whether it's done remotely or on site
