Very positive experience. Although some years are more difficult than others, I see that the company is trying to improve. But there is still a long way to go. I am happy to see that there is a will, but priorities are not always taken into account as they should be.

I think there is a lack of salary equity among the people on the team. in addition to believing that having different health plans for each grade (worse plans for smaller grades, better plans for higher grades) brings a feeling of segregation (the same happens with annual bonus).

Flexibility (including trust in the employee, not just talking about schedules), home office and an environment that encourages taking care of mental and physical health. The environment also allows me to see the impact and results of my work in my routine, giving me a sense of accomplishment.
