Better pay and commission. Better training
Fresh thinking and change. If that means changing upper management than so be it.
They need to be trained in sales. They have no clue. WA expects them to be trained by their coworkers.
Don't fabricate the truth. Don't tell people what they want to hear to hire them. Tell them what they need to know
Getting to the what behind the why. Getting an actual training center for employees. Invest in your employees not the bottom line. That will come.
The pay and commission are some of lowest in the business. Forget asking for a raise. Forget bringing in talented people. They won't pay them.
