How employees describe working at Wireless Advocates

Some genuine, willing hard working people with goals

Review from Sales Dept

Leading a team with integrity

Their customer service is the worst!!! Been dealing with issues for 15 months. All i get is the run around. Nobody has the authority or knowledge on how to fix the issue. Once o get someone up to speed on my issue they no longer work in that department or quit responding. Horrible company.

"Good enough" is not right. "Seems fine to me" . "Go ahead and get a return, but I can't guarantee i can make it any better or even have a replacement". Attitudes towards customers is a thing of the past. 1 customer, tells 15 tells...exponential...but that understanding is lost in the past.

The brand can better fit the phone
