It's just taxing since we have to share sells but there were misunderstanding several times due to that.
Little hours are given and people who get the morning shifts are basically working for hourly pay

Learn the job. Stop relying on calling more seniored employees for answers. I dont mind helping but when its the same questiin each week from the same people it gets old
Stop throwing each other under the bus
They need to be trained in sales. They have no clue. WA expects them to be trained by their coworkers.
