Neutral basic questions, not hard as the company was in desperate need of employees to accept the low ball pay

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give the managers an actual option to present to applicants. Misleading commission pay scale and lowest hourly
They didn't negotiate pay and the hiring manager was a bit rude after I told them I was waiting to hear back from another company
Don't fabricate the truth. Don't tell people what they want to hear to hire them. Tell them what they need to know
