Wireless Advocates Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay is fair for the role

Bonus program allows for uncapped achievement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the fact they never acknowledged anyone I work with for their efforts. They raised the hourly pay but reduced the commission pay. Also they keeps changing the pay almost every 6 months.

Commission structure changes every 6 months. Half the company went under

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is the lowest in the industry. Every other reseller or carrier store pays more

Hourly pay is the same as someone who is underperforming over the course of many years. There should be hourly raises to retain experienced employees based on time with companies like Costco.

7 years with this company and inhave 40hours of vacations....

I was originally hired at $17.00 plus commission. Within a month they dropped the hourly rate to $15.00 saying thry were going to increase commissions. However that did NOT happen. I met all my goals but my commission cheack was a joke.

They don't give 2 craps about anything but themaelves

Increased pay and PTO days (5 is a joke)

Upper management is very critical of you no matter how well you do

Review from Sales Dept

Pay below industry average and their current commission structure you're at the mercy of the inventory and system outages.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay and commission are some of lowest in the business. Forget asking for a raise. Forget bringing in talented people. They won't pay them.
