ceo doesn't care about staff. One example is all workers inside costco got a raise for working front lines amid corona virus crisis, that is everybody except wireless advocates employees. I'm not the only one feeling this way all of us sales associates do.

The company is garbage they have no clue how run it. They have failed many times to upgrade their systems internally causing bad experience not only to the workers and also the customers. At the end of the day you're better off working somewhere else as a customer double check their work.
