We need to be listened to and our concerns taken up the chain with some sincerity. As is, most employees have lost that loving feeling.

I work with top notch coworkers. There is occasionally drama, but otherwise are great. They just need experience. Turnover is high.

People at Xerox work in vacuums. Not much sharing of info. Everyone wants to protect their turf. Some people are genuinely dumb.
