As per our values, we really are one team. Communication is open and honest and I enjoy the team we have grown.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration and care provided not only for work related events but personal ones as well. The sense of fun is not lost despite challenges of achieving business goals

The support that is giving both in department and other departments. We all appreciate each others roles and the challenges but that we are all after the same thing in the end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
cost of living increase not taken into account as well as job title not being reflective of role More private healthcare possibilities and benefits all can enjoy despite where you live
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How open and honest you can be with them as well as them being approachable when needed There is trust in the role I do and I am able to make decisions.
