Everyone is friendly and approachable. Making it very easy to openly communicate and ask for assistance when getting stuck.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary package is not keeping up with inflationary pressures. Entry salary for the department has not increased in years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

1) Outstanding bugs and issues are taking way too long to resolve. 2) No confidence in current products. - Simtrac, Connect, and eForms are left to linger and break down instead of maintaining and updating.
