When joining it was a positive workplace. I loved it. Then it was an incredible job with 4day work week and planning a company structure Then a company with no plan or structure and people were made redundant I am aware companies need to change but is there a plan? I am hopeful with new changes

Remove ineffective managers with limited managerial skills Stop hiring managers that have no managerial skills. Progression Yes, but train and support people you are hiring and they need the necessary skills Have a plan for the business, depts and customer exp and communicate it with everyone
