Everyone is able to assist and helpful with faced with difficult situations, aim to get work done, and make sure we have good relationships and a good laugh to make the day go quick and achieve our goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a ton of responsibilities and our workload is currently heavy, a lot of the team feel like they are very busy and sometimes it can feel overwhelming balancing 2 software and constantly changing and updating processes - with us changing title, the compensation should reflect the change too.
