Overall I'd say it's been a positive experience. There have been some issues with management, but it appears they have tried to change there style from one of bullying to cooperation. Recognition outside of pay has been low, but I just accept that. The office is also a bit boring and lifeless.

The office needs more life to be an actual vibrant place to work.

Everyone is kind and helpful. They understand how their roles relate to each others and work with the customers and that in mind.

When I get a good sale or even just help a customer. Also, my teammates are starting to look to me for support and that's good
