There is a lot of collaboration between Tour Leaders, at the end of the day, we are all in the same boat, all tied to the insane rating system this company enforces. A lot of empathy, and a lot of competence.
More human, less manipulative, and more transparent in their decisions. More honest with clients, not rate based only on Excellence, grading across a mean average. Not collect "dirt" on their Tour Leaders so they can fire them later when things don't go well.
