Everyone from VP on up has completely ruined the company. I have been here for 13 years and it has transition from a great company to a company who literally couldn't care less about the employees and only views them as a necessary evil to push buttons to make them more money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seemed to be genuinely interested in what I could bring to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything was too short of a response so I had to add this extra text.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are average as we were told by a senior vice president. The pay itself isn't terrible but it doesn't make up for the dehumanization and terrible decision making being made.
