The current GM make it great to be at work when I work with him

Scheduling, hiring, organizing, training...

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They just need to work better as a team. Not as one.

What makes you most happy at work?

Leaving. Honestly thats it. Leaving.
