I'm still relatively new to the company but overall I have found the company to be a inspiring, collaborative, fast moving, business full of opportunities that is suffering from a little bit of bloat and lag, which comes naturally with age.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to geek out on things that I love with other people who are deeply knowledgeable experts that also enjoy working on the same stuff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very nimble, diversely abled team. Everybody's got something to contribute. Everybody is eager to help. Everybody is open to input and support. It's a good collaborative environment so far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nurturing of people as complete human beings. Everybody's got families, lives, and needs beyond just the immediate ones at work and it is never lost that those are worth acknowledging and taking care of too.
