I've been here for 12 years. I'm excited about the next couple of years. When my time is done here I'll be looking for something with a similar culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and stock units. Matching 401K, solid medical.

They are people of integrity and intelligence. I learn a lot from them.

The people I work with and their desire to help each other out.

Interacting with my teammates and accomplishing work that is aligned with our strategy.

We interview by committee which means we get a variety of different points of view.

People here do not want to win if it means that someone on their team has to lose.
What makes you most happy at work?
It puts me in a state of flow. I have the tools and competency necessary to get the job done, but there is enough challenge to keep me stretching.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People at Workfront want to win together - nobody wants to win if it means a teammate has to lose. I also learn from teammates. It's not a toxic environment at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to set a vision, cascade the message down, and get teams rowing in the same direction. I understand what our strategic initiatives are and we execute according to that vision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly communicate our strategy and align the work we do back to that strategy. They've done a good job this year at identifying what hasn't been working, iterating, and righting the ship. We are beginning to see that payoff in our bottom line metrics.
