We willing spread work out to each other so no one person is overloaded, or knowledge hoarding.
What makes you most happy at work?
Allowed to make an occasional mistake without being berated or punished. Excellent opportunities to learn and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid appropriately for my job title and experience. The benefits are amazing to boot. The insurance alone is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest. They are striving to be the best company for the customers and the employees. They care about the work we're doing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was less about my technical skills which can learned, and more about my personality. It was more important to mesh well with the team than to be the best in my field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and there is a lot of emphasis that the company as a whole is a team, that we don't need to fight with other teams, but instead work with them to resolve tough problems. That goes for our teams in the US and our counterparts in Europe.
