My team, my work, making a difference in the company, the amazing perks (food, massages, developmental courses, etc)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since joining WF 9 months ago I have been subject to two pay raises already. I love that we are constantly given incentives to work hard and give back to a company that invests so much into us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the thing that makes our culture so positive is that everyone WANTS to be here. We want to bring value to our company and part of that is because we feel valued, trusted, and engaged with our work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of my favorite qualities about Workfront's leadership team as a whole is their investment in their team. On top of the many responsibilities they have, they never let the development of their team slip to the bottom of their priority list which is so valuable to employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always so willing to step up and do more than what is asked of them. Whether that be staying late, helping one another, or participating in a task outside of their responsibilities everyone is more than willing to collaborate and do what it takes to win together
