It has been great 6 years with rise and falls. I wanted to grow to another position but there are some artificial obstacles came forward to grow, and if nothing meaningful is offered to me I would consider other opportunities outside Workfront.

When a customer that their issue is resolved with my assistance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that people smile at their work and do fun things. The environment is mostly positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with over 6 years I have been with Workfront and with all my input to the company development I could have much more compensation and benefits, but the company tells I am paid quite fair based on the market rates.
