When I was looking for a job, this company was one of my "destination" companies. At the time I was hired, only 4% of applicants were getting hired. I think that's down to 2% now. I feel very fortunate to work for this compay.

Getting something done that will help our customers in some way
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together well toward common goals. We can disagree about something and still get the work done. We're friends and do things outside work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team was historically the lowest paid in the company because of the value places on what we do. There is no career progression structure for my team, which means the only way to increase compensation is with annual reviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All employees are high performers. You can expect the best everyone has to offer. We're friendly to each other. We look out for each other. We're not afraid to share opinions. We care about the larger world, as individuals and as a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO knows the names of everyone in the company, as do most of the executive leadership. They all over open-door policies, so you don't need to be afraid to approach them with questions or just a quick "hello." They're open with information about how the department or company is doing.
