I like my GM alot, he is very hands on and will be there to help whenever needed. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of serves. He works long hours and he will eventually get burned out. Cooperate is out of touch w the real world experience of working in and running a restaurant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid sick days. I don't have any other benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good hard working people and we all help each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my GM and Area Director. The market President is nice too but Cooperate has unreasonable expectations and has long ago forgotten what it is like working in a restaurant.
