I had to go threw 3 interviews bc they didn't think I had wat it took to work as prep. Well I was given the opportunity to b part of the team. I became a cook. When I was rudely let go bc I was showing a manager that team members do not act as team members. I knew all 3 stations prep n gu. Underpaid

The waiters. That's it. The waiter r very uplifting and positive. Comment positively
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I went thru 3 interviews plus my sister talking to them to get me a job. I applied for prep. Thai didn't think I had wat it took to b prep considering I had zero kitchen experience. I ended up knowing all 3 cooking station gu and prep in less then a yr at applebees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening n paying attention to the cooks. The day I was rudely let go. There was 2 cook's on the line n I was on gu catching up dishes. 2 managers asked me to watch broil so they could talk to the cook. I do so. Mind u both Cooks jus standing around. 20 min burgers on the screen. On mid
