The mgmt team here is dishonest and inconsistent at best I've lodged multiple complaints and the situation has only gotten worse . I'm an experienced and dedicated server and this is the worst I've ever seen

Team development, honesty , scheduling, fair treatment, running the floor while busy , listening to staff , consistent application of the policies and punishments
