Everyone wants to see the people around them succeed. It is a culture of cheering each other on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package has pretty much everything I would expect, and some. For example, the company pays for your gym membership to your gym of choice. Little things like that go above and beyond.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of the company culture, but I also love our product. You can imagine how a product that improves the employee experience is a very positive product to work on.
