I've been at Awardco for 8 months now and I can honestly say it's the best place I have yet to work in my young professional career! My department is incredible, and it's also great working across all departments to get work done and projects accomplished.

The Leadership team is awesome! They are all very understanding, they work hard and they never ask for anything in return.

We all get along really well and are very collaborative. We always have great energy and look forward to working with each other each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is being around great people to work with, both on my team and in my department. I also come to work happy knowing that my director and department head have my back no matter what and always show confidence in me.
