What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part about working here is actively participating with the product and mission of the company. People are so quick to recognize and thank others, and it goes a long way for employee morale and camaraderie.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that the unlimited PTO is not a taboo like it is for a lot of other places that implement it. I really feel supported by my team and manager to take advantage of the PTO and use it how I see fit.
