it's been awesome to be a part of something that is growing so fast and have opportunities that I might not of had at a more "established" company....There is always something new to learn or do but wouldn't have it any other way

the culture we have is pretty awesome it's competitive but also respectful which in sales is a challenge
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have the freedom to tackle projects that I feel important and the trust to not have to look over my shoulder

being a part of a company that is growing so fast and disrupting an industry is a unique and fun experience that generates a ton of excitement for everyone
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are legit good people that care about their employees and not only about the bottom line.....they prove it is possible to be both human and business minded at the same time
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was one of the early ones but I literally just had a meeting with my future manager and he called me a day or 2 later and extended an offer things have become more formal since then but the personal aspect of it all helped me make the move
