Everyone is good at utilizing the entire day without pushing themselves too hard, know when to work harder and when to relax a little
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a mutual trust and dependence on each other to work hard that is very refreshing. Never overbearing, the productive environment is very organic
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a good sense of humor and they aren't too afraid to joke around a little when appropriate. It makes the environment fun without being too slow or unproductive
