Company needs more hands on from the Executives. They need to associate with the employees who KNOW the floor then maybe the Executives could pull this company around

What team? There are 3 people that do what use to have 12 people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits should not cost the employee half their paycheck. To many are single people trying to keep their heads above water.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take an interest in the people that work the floor. They are the ones who knows what is going on and LISTEN to THEM
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing that is positive . You come in to do YOUR job and you are going to be pulled to do something else if you are on the floor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get us the help we need. Give us the HOURS that are needed to get the job done. You can't get stock moved and markdowns done in a 4 or 5 hour shift . Then get pulled to another job in that shift. Nothing gets accomplished. Markdowns and stock need a full time person not part timers that get pulled
