It's toxic. A sea change is needed and it's sad that the MAX situation didn't change anything
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
All questions have to be preapproved by HR. It's always in a STAR format. The questions are not that deep - it fails to weed out those who shouldn't be here. To be fair, as an applicant it's great because it will be one of the easiest interviews you'll ever have.
