The company needs real leaders with real direction. The company needs to stop trying to short change their employees.

They need to stop hiring from the "good old boys" club and actually hire qualified people, or take training more seriously.

Contract take aways and unfair bargaining practices are why I answered that I was unsatisfied with my benifits. Since I started working here its been nothing but take aways.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is awful here. It has been a failed experiment of bringing in people who know nothing about how the job is done and shocker, they don't know what to do when faced with decisions that impact company performance. They move executives so often that no policy sticks or is even given a chance.
