Staying constant, not flip flopping every few months. Stop letting bad employees get away with bad behavior and bad work ethic. Actually listen to employees on the shop floors.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All employees need to work the same, as we are all making the same pay. Stop being lazy because the union protects you and your manager won't do anything about it. Have pride in your work. Everyone needs to work as a team, not as solo workers.
