I got to work on amazing business goals and explore my vocation in tremendous ways, but the negative culture soon made the opportunity not worth the daily confrontations with unprofessional colleagues.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They understand how to win business and manage their cash effectively

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less bureaucracy and quicker results. Need to empower employees and compensate them accordingly.
