Their recruiters and hiring process should be an industry standard to measure by. Incredibly competent, organized, and communicative. Amazing interview process more like an informal chat than a formal interview with my team. Very positive work environment since date of hire.

PTO hours are good overall, they do some 401k matching.

Totally cooperative environment. People are amazingly willing to assist and support each other. Minimal drama.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'd be lying if I said that remote work wasn't very high on the list but of course that is much more available post Covid in the workforce in general. I also like leadership of CAI and the corporate culture in general.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As I said in my initial comment the interview process at CAI is a high watermark for the industry. I have over 2 decades in my field and CAI's hiring and interview process are near the top I've ever encountered. Good communication, very straightforward, laid back low pressure environment.
