The work is interesting but the compensation is on the low side. The fact that employees working on client projects cannot make their own contributions to the company's 401K plan (even if CAI does not contribute) should give one food for thought, when considering employment with CAI.

I have zero interaction with an executive team. You need a 'Not applicable' response option here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a contractor on a client project, I am precluded from making my own, unmatched contributions to the company's 401k plan. Given the lack of alternative options, this essentially says 'we don't care that competitor firms offer this option, it is not worth it to us to give your role this option'
