Pretty Strong. I worked at two companies for 7 years a piece before leaving to have short 2 years and 1 year at firms. I am completing my 4th year here and see myself continuing on for another 3-4 years.

Great people with positive attitudes. Genuinely care about one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constant support and always looking for solutions instead of mulling over problems.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the manager, the interim process was not as structured to the role in my opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am constantly put in a position to use my skills to be personally successful which directly contributes to the company's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are capable. They communicate through the various channels with the staff and want to include as many people as possible in the growth of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very fairly compensated. Its just that my company is PA based and the benefits are not a strong for me living in DC. I feel very valued.
