Overall, great. Some negatives that detract the good. We are not effectively investing in our people to ensure personal and professional growth. If I were a betting individual, I'd wager that if this trend continues, so will our trend in losing key employees with industry knowledge.

New challenges arise at every corner. We take em head on.

We're on top of things. We work hard to connect the dots and ensure that our stakeholders get the resources they need in a timely fashion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that for the most part, they are approachable as individuals. It is hard to find vp's or leaders that care about their people as much as they care about the bottom line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are perfectly balanced in terms of work ethic and ability to have a good time. Sure, there are a few coasters in the place, but majority jsut work hard and maintain positive attitudes,
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a team I can rely on. My supervisor is open and honest and even when they're busy they still make time to do a quick touch and check in on my well-being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses do not seem to be available for front line employees. Director and above, great, you get a quarterly kick back for our hard work. Monetary compensation sometimes speaks louder than leadership with an "atta'boy"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most folks are friendly and willing to work together. While there is a disconnect with how data flows through the organization, there are several key members in each department that keep the ship moving and explore ways to work collaboratively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I support our organization globally, but don't get the opportunity for global travel. Our organization doesn't offer any sort of legitimate training beyond a garbage LMS system and we currently have no offerings or investment set aside for continuing education opportunities.
