I do not get a comp package. Unlimited PTO is nice

Everyone will help you out if you need it, even if it is not part of their job.

My awesome co workers and that I feel like I get to help make a difference at this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have received a few generous raises but I do not have a comp plan. Would love to see yearly profit sharing or bonuses again!

I love my job and the people I get to work with. My job is different every day and I get to do many different things. Keeps it exciting!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great people to work with/for and they are all really are invested in the success of Cherwell. I see it on a daily basis! They will do whatever it takes and they are honest and transparent about what is going on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do not have a true team so I consider everyone I work with my team and they are one of the reasons I am still here! I work with and for great people and that makes my job even better! They care about me and are easy to talk to. I always feel valuable and appreciated!
