Solving problems for my customers and then solving the problems they didn't know they had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They check their attitude at the door, are always willing to help and want to see you succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible and down to Earth. I've been in companies where speaking with executives, event three levels below the c-suite, was frowned on. That's never been the case here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone lives the core values. I've worked at two of the largest SaaS companies on the planet and the culture at each was toxic, self-serving and on occasion morally bankrupt. Cherwell is the polar opposite of that.
