It has been a very challenging and satisfying job for me. My company had little experience into going in my territory. So they gave me white board, to define a strategy in order to grow my region. So far, I believe that we are moving in the right direction, this has given plenty of satisfactions.

Lack of politics, I really enjoy that
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to share Company's strategy, they are also open to talk about the things that can be delivered and the ones that cannot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the reasons that made move to Cherwell was the stock option plan. If this plan was not available, I doubt that I would have moved to Cherwell
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a large responsibility on how my territory is going to growth. Management has been very open to let me define the strategy that works best and I have had support from Senior Management
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very open, and something that I have found very good of Cherwell is that politics is not present in the organization. I have worked on some organizations on where politics were as important as having the work done.
