My overall experience has been positive, but it's hard to give well educated answers to all questions after only 6 weeks. So far so good though! Looking forward to what 2020 has in store.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't use the healthcare benefit, but the stock options are great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Denver office in general has a positive and friendly environment. Scott, Ed and Ann do a good job keeping things 'light' around the office and are friendly and approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has been very helpful to answer questions as I've onboarded and willing to spend time to get me up to speed in different areas of the business to better understand how things work, who does what etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only been at Cherwell for ~6 weeks, so have had limited exposure to the leadership team. In that time, they have given me a lot of autonomy to get my work done and placed a lot of trust in my skills.
