What makes you most happy at work?
Starts with my leadership team, both manager and VP. They truly made me feel welcome and at home upon my arrival. This is certainly a trickle down affect that I can see widespread throughout our entire team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our company cares so much that the employees are treated with dignity and respect, from the bottom up. My experience so far with the leadership team has been wonderful. I appreciate the transparency and human element, which begins with my manager, up to my VP and the executive team.
